Using Chrome, kept getting this error: "{"status":"500","error":"Internal Server Error"}" Also, the course is no different than just reading about IAM on the Internet. Not interactive, reads like a users manual.

why do I have to use the full username id? i.e. qls-xxxx? why can i not just user the actual username "userthree"
