Even if it's obvious afterwards.. the first part of the username hides the "usertwo", "userthree".. so at start it could be nice to remind that if we live the mouse on the user name it will displays completely as there is no way to resize the column

Region was messed up, and it led me selecting my near region everytime, and it took longer time to complete and created confusion as well.
