could not login with userone, usertwo and userthree althought I set the password and using the right link to login. https://145201171699.signin.aws.amazon.com/console

When I logged in as UserOne and UserTwo, it appeared that their permissions were switched and that was confusing. I doublechecked to ensure I had assigned those users to their appropriate group, so I don't know what the problem was.
