it's ok for a free intro lab problems: - error messages in the IAM (probably confusing for newbies) - https://www.dropbox.com/s/k1mjfivlx8snddf/Screenshot%202016-03-09%2012.06.11.png?dl=0 - I'm sure it is possible to actually create users with simple names and not with arn-looking ones forcing the student to search for substrings - for multiple accounts access, asides form using different browsers, you can suggest using incognito or provate browsing mode windows which are available in all major browsers these days
