The only why i am not giving a 5 rating is because i followed the instruction to open a new incognito window and copied my URL to the browser...and i got an error message related to "federated account". What i had to do was to exit from the main console, entered the unique number in the "alias" field with the provided username and password, then was i able to login...What is the reason for opening a new incognito window?
