User two is supposed to be able to add EC2 instances to scale up the environment but when logged in as user two there were no rights to add EC2 instances. I understand that this is an intro lab but should at the very least explain the permissions that were set in the policy json docs.

The instructions for logging in as userthree need to be moved up a bit. Spent some time being confused about which username to specify. Eventually realized it was explained in the instructions further down.
