It took me 20 min to be able to enable Healthcare API, due to getting permission error when enabling it.

I like the lab approach, however, most of the time in this Lab is spent in BigQuery rather than exploring the different types of APIs that form the Healthcare API (for example, just for performing a basic FHIR query, I learned more from https://cloud.google.com/healthcare/docs/how-tos/fhir)
