Found a workaround for the metrics exceed quota limits: aiplatform.googleapis.com/custom_model_training_c2_cpus issue Use e2 or n1 instances

Several errors running notebook as per instructions (e.g. with graphviz/dot and "the following quota metrics exceed quota limits: aiplatform.googleapis.com/custom_model_training_c2_cpus". Notebook contains two jobs of ~20 minutes so if you don't realise how long it is it is easy to run out of time.
