[DEPRECATED] Training and Deploying a TensorFlow Model in Vertex AI Reviews

1- it is not trivial that "training-data-analyst" is in the Jupiter notebook and not in Vertex. It should be more specific in the phrase of the course. 2- There is an error running library "os" in line 25 of lab_exercise_long.ipynb
