The first LAMP stack failed to be deployed, I didn't have permissions to delete it, so ended up deploying a second instance called lamp-2; no changes to the steps I followed. The button to check progress didn't seem to find the lamp-2 instance which is listed as "Deployed" on the Google Cloud console, so I'm not sure if that will affect things.
