I think you have typo in last task. When I created alerting policy with provided name "Active Cloud Run Function Instances" system didn't accept my my solution. I found solutions from other students which completed that lab approximately 6 monsth ago, they called policies "Active Cloud Function Instances" and when I try named my policy like this system accepted solution.
