There is a fatal error in the documentation. I think this happened because 'Cloud Function' was simply replaced with 'Cloud Run Function.' Even though I created the alerting policy with the name 'Active Cloud Run Function Instances' as instructed, it did not pass. However, when I named the policy 'Active Cloud Function Instances,' the test passed.
