Your third test does not work. Your code expects `event` to be present, but when triggered with HTTP, `event = undefined` => `typeerror: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined at exports.thumbnail (/workspace/index.js:11:26)` is raised. But even when I fixed the error and hardcoded the filename & bucket, the test has been still failing.

please specify, that you need to use ver 1 for cloud function. with v2 it did not work
