There are two issues that prevent this lab from completing: The metric "Cloud Run Function > Function > Active Instances" does not exist, "Cloud Function > Function > Active Instances" has to be selected instead. This is fine, one can easily fix this. The name of the policy should be "Active Cloud Function Instances", this is harder to figure out.
