Regarding Alerting Policy there is no service called "Cloud Run Function" rename it to "Cloud Function"

The lab just doesn't work. Heh, what a waste of time! Just can't create the alerting policy, and there is no metric called Cloud Run Function, there was Cloud Function metric.

was able to setup alert with exact name, and had got email alert as well when image copied in bucket. Not sure why it always failed on this step. Bit disappointed :(
