Task 1-3 worked flawlessly, Task 4 would not work. This should be a 15 minute lab and I exhausted 45 minutes troubleshooting Task 4 to no prevail. Even with explicit instructions, Task 4 errors out.

Check for alert policy is broken. The alert fires and sends notification to my email, but the lab step does not complete. Worked after recreating with an incorrect policy name using CLI.
