Folder 11_Autoscaler doesnt exist. even creating the web.yaml succesfuly, it doens't pass the checkpoint

Almost a week and this lab is still not fixed. No response from anyone, going on 5 days and counting, after asking for a status update through email. Request (1988694) is the initial case number. All I get is the same runaround that it is being fixed. Awful customer service and response.
