The lab failed. When I run the "gcloud builds submit --region=us-west1 --config=cloudbuild.yaml" command I received an error: ERROR: (gcloud.builds.submit) FAILED_PRECONDITION: failed precondition: due to quota restrictions, cannot run builds in this region. Please contact support The lab asked me to create resources on that region and after a while informs that there is quota restrictions on that region. It must be a mistake.
