Why are we still using gsutil cp instead of gcloud storage cp You should update npm in cloud build to v10. Currently running 8. You should have us assign the cloud run url to a variable and use it in the curl command.

The API command line being used is not working, had to run them individually, That or they take way too long to run that way.
