To get to the CI/CD section to install the Artifact Registry, I had to select "VIEW ALL PRODUCTS" then find it. I know enough to do that, but others might not.

Instructions on where to go could be a little more explicit. (CI/CD isn't listed in the navigation menu, it's navigation menu > all products > CI/CD)
