The example authentication is not suitable for production as it relies on a user specific SSH key. If that user were to leave the company or be removed from the project the sync will stop working. At a minimum the instructions need a warning for Task 4 that the configuration is only suitable for personal projects. Ideally there would be a better example of how to configure this. On GKE you can use the secret type of gcenode, though that is difficult to try in the lab because you have to add a scope to the node pool (which requires deleting and re-creating the node pool). Though I have no idea how I would configure this for an external source, such as Azure, AWS or on-prem in a reliable way, and was hoping the instructions would include details on that.
