instructions were not clear and got below error while creating lb nvalid value for field 'resource.target': 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-abe492d3140e/global/targetTcpProxies/my-ilb-target-proxy'. An active proxy-only subnetwork is required in the same region and VPC as the forwarding rule.

instance-group-1-**** instance was not available, nor it can be created; I've tried multiple times to create it from template, but the resources were just not available; 1.5h waiting for a VM to be created without success

Terrible experience with the last two labs - couldn't get capacity and create all the resources - even the lab initial resources were not created in this lab at the start. So I had to miss some points and steps. The interface is also not matching some of the instructions. I am supposed to be preparing for an exam tomorrow and very disappointed now.
