Resource Monitoring (Stackdriver) Reviews

The lab instructions are out of sync with the site. The "Alerting Policies" section of the lab couldn't be completed because the site doesn't have the options specified in the instructions. Also the Save button on the Uptime Check dialog remained disabled no matter what I did.
