Resource Monitoring (Stackdriver) Reviews

Stackdriver was not populating Resource Type dropdown menus correctly or in a timely fashion (it would show three items, like Cloud ML jobs, but not Instances, etc.).

Couldn't get the alerts or the uptime checks to work. Alerts didn't show the GCE Instance the lab said to use, just logs, and the upime checks wouldn't let me select a group, so Save was grayed out.
