Creating auto mode network fails to create subnets in all regions and I'm unable to manually create subnets in other regions. Location REGION:europe-west1 violates constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations on the resource projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-4b07047c2956/regions/europe-west1/subnetworks/mynetwork.

Literally unable to complete lab, because the instruction wants to create "europe-west", but in the region drop-down there is only "us-central1", there is no other option!
