There are several incorrect in lab direction regarding environment variables declaration for region, in chef.py, there is os.environ.get("GOOGLE_CLOUD_REGION","global") but flag for gcloud run deploy --set-env-vars=PROJECT=$PROJECT_ID,REGION=$REGION does not contains variable set for GOOGLE_CLOUD_REGION

I have tried several region setting: us-central1, europe... but it didn't work at all when deploying the streamlit app. Pls fix it in the future.
