Would not let me even do the first command. I even logged off and reinstated the VM, but still no luck.

neither commands needed were recognized by either terminals, I had to install them myself first. Even after doing so, one of the terminals suddenly stopped recognizing the command again.

Lab did not work. I wasted 20 minutes trying to get tcpdump to work. I had to contact customer support. It only worked after having to install tcpdump which was not in the instructions.

tcpdump was not preinstalled in the host. Had to install it myself. Repeatedly received error messages when attempting to issue commands into the second instance.
