the lab isnt working I keep getting an error saying tcpdump isnt a command

lab started unfurnished, so I needed to manually install tcpdump and dig. this allowed me to navigate through the lab, but failed to complete. Needed to restart, this time didn't need to reinstall, and was able to complete lab, however lab claims last command didn't require "sudo" prefix, but I needed it for command to work

When the majority of students have to turn to the forum to be able to complete this, it should be a sign there is a problem with qwiklabs.

I've tried accessing this lab on both Mac OS and windows, and verifying all the credentials were correct at least half-a-doze times. Every time it says "command: tcpdump cannot be found."
