tcpdump was not installed. Easily fixed with apt-get but given Qwiklabs has a warning about doing things outside of the scope of the exercises and potential suspensions, it could be worth fixing thigs.

some package not installed yet so i need to install it by my self. tcpdump not installed and dnsutils also not installed

Had to get to support to fix the tcpdump for the first opened terminal. Had to sudo apt install dnsutils in the second terminal myself to get dig to work.

All of the other labs prior to this have been at least fairly reasonable but this one has poor instructions and poor VMs setup. Neither tcpdump nor dig (dnsutils) were installed on the VM. The lab was not clear that the second VM is actually a second instance of the same VM. This lab was an exercise in patience, not tcpdump.
