[yesterday] With gcloud config set dataproc/region us-west1 I was unable to create cluster due to Insufficient 'DISKS_TOTAL_GB' quota. Requested 3000.0, available 1096.0.. When switched to us-west2 all checks on progress failed. Today it work... (but I've increased disk size, but it shouldn't affect this lab)

Received "does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone or try again later". I have tried different zones, us-west1-a and us-west1-c. And later tried again on the us-west1-b zone but no chance. Dataproc cluster could not be created.
