Configuring Traffic Management with a Load Balancer Reviews

Why is there not an indication regarding how long it takes for the load balancer to spin up within GCP? After completing several of these labs, this is the only lab where a GCP resource, after configuration, has taken 20-30+ minutes to become useable. The instructions simply say to "wait" just as if this was a VM that will be created within seconds. It's a jarring experience and the instructions should be adjusted to reflect the actual time it may take within GCP (this has nothing to do with the user's network connection, mind you), and what the user can do to refresh the GCP console to ensure the load balancer is ready before continuing.
