from the task one utility vm cant access the 10.10.30.2 cause there is no route for that routing path once creating the utility vm. PLease have a look on that

I kept getting an error that green-service is not ready when creating the load balancer, then I created the green-service first, and it was successful. There is a type-o in the green-health-check as well (heatlh).
