The zone currently does have not enough resources for your instance group. Please wait for resources to free up or consider moving to another region or zone.

Lab does not work: After logging into the account, the instance-group-1 does not have running VMs although the minimum number of running instances is 1. Looking at the instance-group-1 itself the bar on the top shows a warning: "The zone currently does have not enough resources for your instance group. Please wait for resources to free up or consider moving to another region or zone." I tried the lab yesterday too and I had issues with it as. I could not set up the load balancer. At that time the both VM instance groups had VMs running but it would not create the load balancer. The icon on the top right would spin and then Creation would fail with an error message.
