cannot complete it because the greenservice doesnt work. i cant curl the ip and also cant create the ILB

I was unable to do the lab because the resource quota was exhausted for instance-group-1, so the initial 1 instance failed to be created. I will try again later. I've tried again 4 times over 2 days and still am encountering not enough resources available errors. Finally, it worked on the th attempt!

Zone didn't have enough resources for instance group 2. I had to delete the MIG, create it in another zone, then it worked.
