The logging section does not exist and you cannot search for the cloud loadbalancer in Log Explorer...... In the Cloud Console, on the Navigation menu (Navigation menu), click Logging > Logs Viewer???? Under the Resources filter, select Cloud HTTP Load Balancer > cdn-lb-forwarding-rule > cdn-lb ????????

The logging instructions seem to perhaps be outdated? I didn't see a "Logging > Logs Viewer" option, rather I had a "Logging > Logs Explorer" option. Then within that I wasn't able to readily find a HTTP Load-Balancer resource as I believe was mentioned. Instead, I think maybe I was close with the "URL Map > cdn-lb" resource? I'm not sure.
