Lab needs more time to complete so should increase Lab time. Also, the quotations in command line and what to use after dataset name correctly in the query string... sometimes [ project:dataset.table ] and sometimes [`project.dataset.table` ] ... I think this is related to the flag --use_legacy_sql but it wasn't explained clearly
