I was constantly getting this error while collecting to SSH from VM. The error was "SSH authentication has failed In order to debug, please analyze the sshd logs on the target machine using the serial console. Reading the recent serial port output may also be helpful.". And when i did the troubleshoot it was showing "Troubleshooting your connection 3 of 3 tests complete VM status OK Network status OK User permissions OK".
