Time is short, consider the time taken to deploy cloud functions. Should be 1 hour atleast.

Task 6 will error if : functions-framework==3.2.0 flask==2.1.0 requests==2.28.1 please change into : functions-framework==3.2.0 flask ==2.3.0 requests==2.28.1
