Step 4 didnt woked failed with following error Deploying function (may take a while - up to 2 minutes)...working.. There wasn't enough time to finish it because many of the operations took a long time to finish. I tried it twice and I couldn't finish it even the second time when I knew where to go. Very frustrating!
