this was terrible and I had to abort.. the export to Sheets did not work the way it was described. instead of a full export, I could only get a preview and the 'Explore' option did not appear on my screen which meant I could not proceed. I went through the linking process a number of times, reviewed everythign but it didn't work. The connection Sheets to BQ process was also slightly different than your screen shots, would be good if someone could review and update this section.
