troubles getting the rigth project

There was no bucket, and no access log csv to load. Lab was completely unusable!

The instructions are not great on this one and it can be a little difficult to follow, specially since it seems maybe some of the console lay out has changed since it was written

It didnt work, everytime I tried to create create a table it would complain that I could not read and write in a different region, I selected us-central1 as per the Lab details ( also tried recreating and then even picking other regions like us-west1 and so on)
