If I choose another region other than US, I cannot create the data table because the CSV file is located in US which is different than the one I choose.

I had to do the lab 3 times to complete it successfully, doing the exact same things every time, and I got disconnected from gcp web UI even though there was still 23 min left (out of 30) until the time.out.
