I was able to literally complete even the queries on the BigQuery Table yet Qwiklabs wasn't even able to track the fact that I loaded the data already. So weird. I restarted the lab and then it worked though.

the file at gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv is not available, cannot create a table from this file

In task 2, step 7 the value "gs://cloud-training/gcpfci/access_log.csv" is wrong. The protocol prefix gs:// is not needed and causes the path validation to fail. Removing gs:// solved the issue.
