There is an error. The command to stop and start jenkins is "sudo service jenkins stop" or "sudo service jenkins start". Time was a bit too short: I finished just in time.

I cannot get to step 4. It never loads. The last step is as follows: After logging in, you will be asked to Customize Jenkins. Click Install suggested plugins and click Restart]after the installation is complete. The restart will take a minute or two.
