The step3 is obsolete, there is no "visit the site button", i did find the ephemeral ip and call jenkins by myself but generated credentials were not ok :\

Unable to access Jenkins Web interface after launching through Cloud Launcher. No "Visit Site" button appeared. Only SSH shell was available for the instance.
