cloudsql-proxy in version 1.11 used in the lab does not seem to work nowadays; until I've tried a newer (1.34.1) version of it, logs of the cloudsql-proxy container reported that: couldn't connect to "qwiklabs-gcp-02-d8785eaf7357:us-west1:demo-postgres-82kcez": x509: certificate is valid for 9-8eccee88-b668-4eb8-9f80-6d11c20c3e9f.us-west1.sql.goog, not qwiklabs-gcp-02-d8785eaf7357:demo-postgres-82kcez
