Connect to Cloud SQL from an Application in Google Kubernetes Engine Reviews

Th lab itself is very cool, but I think is missing a good explanation of what is happening with pgadmin-deployment.yaml, for a neofite can be hard to understand the cloud proxy logic. Or maybe a good thing is to make the qwklabber start from an incomplete yaml file and complete it to see how it works inside the cloud proxy magic.
