Started the lab before enrolling into the quest. Got "A potential violation of our Acceptable Use Policy has been detected for a project you own" message. So, ending the lab and will retry after enrolling into the quest. 8/2/23: Tried the lab. Keep getting not enough resources available in the region/zone selected. Try again later message. Will try later.
