Just in the step where you need to change the external IP from ephemeral to None, after you click on webserver to get access to its information, you need to click in EDIT BEFORE. In your tutorial, this step to click on Edit is missing, so i lost few seconds to figure out how to change the external IP.

The interface to set the external IP from ephemeral to none appears to have changed. The instructions refer to being able to edit it directly but one has to edit the network interface settings (nic0 or nic1) and set the external IP to none there.
