Modification of ephemeral IP is now within the edit function of the VM.

Instructions not up to date again. For changing External IP to none, instructions say to click vm, then scroll to External IP section. Actually need to click VM => click Edit => Click Edit next to Network Interfaces. Additionally, you can not click on the External IP or SSH at all once External IP is disabled -- instructions claim you can, and they won't work.
